Know someone with a vacation property on the Northeast Florida coast? Introduce them to 30North — by email, phone, or a simple message with your referral code.
They sign with 30North
Once the owner joins the 30North portfolio and their property is onboarded, your referral is confirmed. We'll notify you directly.
You earn — on signup and every booking
Collect $250 per bedroom when the property signs, then $250 for every completed booking the property generates. No cap. No expiry.
