Pull out a family game in the evenings as you wind down from a day out on the town. The cozy couch also pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa with extra pillows and sheets provided.

In the large, fully stocked kitchen cook up all your in home meals using the stainless steel appliances along with all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need. A cozy nook sitting table is the perfect place for the entire family or group to sit and enjoy their meals together.

Wake feeling refreshed in one of the luxuriously large king beds topped in super soft, quality bedding that will make you want to hit the snooze button. Tucked between both bedrooms is a full bathroom with glass walk in shower, fully stocked with fluffy white towels and basic toiletries.

Sit out on the spacious front porch while enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Or play a game of cards at the bistro table outside while soaking up the beautiful Florida weather.

Walk along the main street lined with shops, restaurants and cafes all the way into the beautiful Historic Downtown area giving you the perfect central base to explore the nation’s oldest city.

Guests have private access to the entire first floor apartment and private front porch as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, and complimentary coffee for their first morning.

Sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just a few minutes from the flat.
The suite is located right in the heart of Uptown St Augustine just a few minutes’ walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, as well as local eateries from pizza to fine dining — such as the beautiful Raintree Restaurant (a 3 minute walk away) and the delicious Luli’s cupcakes (5 min walk).
Head south along San Marco Ave where you will find all sorts of innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops selling everything from furniture to flowers, books, ice cream, cupcakes, art and then wind up in the downtown Historic District (20 min walk) which is a whole other adventure.
Those who appreciate architecture from the 1800s to the 1920s will want to walk through a number of small neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. These include the Abbott Tract Historic District, Matanzas Bay, Pine, San Marco, Shenandoah Aves and the Nelmar Terrace Historic District.
Jump aboard the Trolley to see the city, or hire a bike and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum and monument.

The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included with your stay and plenty of off street parking.

Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.

Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot.
The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

MINIMUM AGE to book is 21.
THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay.
UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right through Airbnb to charge an additional fee.
NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival.
QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time.
SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or décor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in.
PETS: 1 dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay. Dog must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and potty trained. $150 non refundable pet fee will be applied. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of (Bagged and placed in outside trash bin) ($50 per pile).
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
DAMAGE: In addition to the security deposit, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay.
CHILDREN: While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property.
CHECKOUT PROCEDURES must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.

PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
