Casa DeSoto has plenty of space for everyone - 3 queen guest bedrooms with electronic, adjustable bed frames (one downstairs, two upstairs) and a king master suite with a private bathroom and jetted tub. 2 additional full bathrooms are also available on each level of the home, well stocked with fluffy, white towels.
You'll be provided with just about everything you need to relax and unwind during your stay. A complimentary bottle of local wine awaits your arrival to celebrate the start of your vacation. Take your glass to the backyard, a beautiful oasis with an abundance of seating options to take in the lovely landscaping that includes over 50 different types of plants and a bird feeding tower that attracts many various species! As you prepare for bed, loosen up in the jetted bathtub with a bath bomb. This couldn't be more tempting!
The kitchen provides all the necessities and more for your in-home meals. All glasses, plates, and silverware are well stocked, along with all of the proper cooking utensils. Appliances include:

The home is located within leafy Lincolnville, home to the largest concentrations of late Victorian era buildings in the city and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Being within walking district of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep.

The house is 3 blocks from the city marina with daily boat and slip rentals where guests can bring along their own boat and see the city from a different perspective.

You are in the perfect location for walking around downtown, but far enough from the action for a peaceful stay. Don’t feel like walking? The trolleys pick up and drop off 2 blocks away at the Villa Zorayda Museum. St. Augustine is very bike friendly so feel free to bring your own bikes as another way to explore. Don't want to travel with your bikes? Ask us for information on bike rentals, including free drop-off service! Uber and Lyft are also readily available in town.

We strive to make sure your time at the home is relaxing and enjoyable by providing private, uninterrupted experiences. We are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area. Our local team is also available to stop by if you need any assistance!

MINIMUM AGE to book is 25. THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay. UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right through Airbnb to charge an additional fee. NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. QUIET HOURS: 9pm-8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or decor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in. NO PETS: Due to owners allergies to dander, no pets are allowed on property at any time. No exceptions. LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: If we are able to accommodate a late check out or early check in, $15 per hour will automatically be added to your reservation. We do not guarantee this availability. You MUST request these prior to your stay. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee. NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever inside the home. This is strictly enforced. Smoking is allowed in the backyard ONLY. All butts must be disposed of. NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. DAMAGE: In addition to the security deposit, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. CHILDREN: While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. CAMERAS AND NOISE: The home has a Ring doorbell installed at the front door. Any attempt to turn off the Ring doorbell or connected internet, will result in immediate removal of home. HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. CHECKOUT PROCEDURES must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.
