This home combines everyday comforts with a convenient Jacksonville location, giving you a welcoming place to return to after a day of sightseeing, shopping, or enjoying the nearby beaches.

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. Self check-in is available through the keypad, so you can arrive with ease. Please note that garage access is not included.

Located in Jacksonville's Sans Souci neighborhood, this home offers a convenient base for exploring the city. The surrounding area blends residential streets with easy access to everyday essentials, dining, and shopping.

Beach Boulevard and Atlantic Boulevard provide convenient routes to popular Jacksonville destinations. Spend the day by the ocean, explore Downtown, browse the shops at St. Johns Town Center, or discover local restaurants and attractions before returning to your own comfortable space.

A car is recommended for exploring Jacksonville and its surrounding attractions. The home offers spacious driveway parking, making it convenient for guests traveling by car. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also options for getting around.

Jacksonville Beach, Downtown Jacksonville, St. Johns Town Center, and Five Points are approximately 15–20 minutes away by car, depending on traffic and your destination.

Health & Safety

Your health, safety, and comfort are important to us. After every stay, our team thoroughly cleans the property to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for incoming guests.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

We understand that travel schedules can vary, and we'll do our best to accommodate requests when possible.

1–2 hours: $100

2–3 hours: $200

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and are not guaranteed due to our cleaning schedule. Please request approval in advance before making arrangements.

Refund Processing Policy

Refunds are subject to a 3.9% non-refundable payment processing fee, in accordance with the applicable Stripe processing policy. The refund amount will be the original amount paid minus this fee. This policy applies to direct bookings and select booking channels.

General House Rules & Guidelines

To help keep the property comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, please review and follow these guidelines throughout your stay.

Pets

A $100 pet fee per reservation applies to up to two approved pets.

Bringing a pet without notifying us in advance will result in an additional $100 fee and may result in early termination of your stay.

Cats are not permitted.

Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning required.

Garage Access

Garage access is prohibited for guest safety and liability reasons.

If applicable, garage doors must remain closed throughout your stay.

Minimum Age Requirement

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old.

An adult aged 21 or older must be present throughout the stay.

Food & Drinks

Please do not bring food or drinks into the bedrooms. Closed water bottles are permitted.

Additional cleaning charges may apply for stains or spills.

Smoking

Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the property.

A $200 fee applies to smoking violations. Additional charges may apply for damage, odors, or required cleaning.

Trash

Before departure, please place all trash in the designated outdoor bins.

Damages

Report any existing damage immediately upon arrival and any new damage within 24 hours of the incident.

Unreported damage may result in charges for necessary repairs or replacement.

Dishes

Please wash all dishes and run the dishwasher, if available, before checking out.

Windows & Security

Keep all windows closed during your stay for security and property protection.

Laundry

Avoid overloading the washer and dryer.

Do not wash sandy items in the machines.

Clean the dryer lint trap after use.

Storage Closet

Please keep the storage closet closed and locked. It is not available for guest use.

Consumable Items

Any leftover consumable items are available at your discretion. Their freshness and quality cannot be guaranteed.

Furniture & Furnishings

Please leave all furniture and furnishings in their original locations.

Parties & Events

Unauthorized parties, events, and gatherings are prohibited.

Violations may result in additional charges and termination of the reservation.

Registered Guests & Occupancy

Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.

Please obtain approval before adding guests beyond the number included in your original reservation.

Additional guests are subject to approval and a fee of $100 per person if permitted.

The property's maximum occupancy must never be exceeded.

Illegal Activities

Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the stay.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program

We believe your vacation should be about making memories—not worrying about unexpected mishaps. That's why we require all reservations to complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program before check-in.

This simple pre-arrival process helps protect both our guests and our properties while ensuring everyone understands the terms of their stay.

Before arrival, you'll need to complete three steps:

1. Guest Verification

Complete a quick guest verification process to confirm your reservation details.

2. Rental Agreement

Review and electronically sign the Joseph Ellen Rental Agreement.

3. Choose Your Protection Option

Select one of the following options:

Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage during your stay, subject to the program's terms and exclusions. This option can help reduce concerns about unexpected costs from covered minor accidents.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit hold that is released after checkout, provided no damage or applicable policy violations are identified. Any deductions will be handled in accordance with the applicable terms.

Completing Your Pre-Arrival Requirements

Before your arrival, we'll send you a secure guest portal link where you can complete the verification, sign the rental agreement, and select your preferred protection option. The process only takes a few minutes and helps ensure a smooth check-in experience.
