The neighborhood
Springfield is a developing neighborhood notable for its Historic District, which you may explore on bike tours and contains homes from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. In a neoclassical former church close to Henry J. Klutho Park, which has tennis courts, the Karpeles Manuscript Library Museum exhibits authentic scientific and cultural documents. Additionally, there is a growing craft beer sector in the neighborhood.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
We charge a pet fee of $75 per stay for two pets maximum. This increases to $150 / week and $200 / month for longer term guests. Please submit a special offer with this additional fee included through the platform when you book the unit for more than 7 nights.
*If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you then we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or charge an additional $100 on top of the original pet fee.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.
This is our rental agreement that you accept upon reserving:
● No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.
● No smoking on the property. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided on the front
patio. An additional fee to remove stains/odors from cigarettes will apply.
● Pick up all trash before departing. Place all garbage in an outside trash can.
● Report any damages and/or breakages within 24 hours of occurrence. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
● Please wash all dishes. If the dishwasher was used, please run and unload the dishwasher prior to
departure.
● Do not open the windows. This is due to the extra security measures we have installed.
●If there is a W/D available then the Washer/dryer is available for 1+ week stays ONLY. Do not overload the washer/dryer. Do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units. Empty the dryer lint trap after EVERY USE. Additional fees will apply if
units are damaged due to improper use.
● The storage room is to remain closed at all times.
● Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’
discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility
for the consumables.
● Please do not rearrange the furniture.
● If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or
maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate
event that neighbors are disturbed, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY
IMMEDIATELY.
● NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OR GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Amenities
45 includedwe had a great time! It was enough space for everyone! My grandkids loved the kids room. It was very clean and Andrew was very helpful with the wifi issue. He responds very quickly. Parking was limited but that was it. We will definitely book with them again!
Awesome
This place was even more beautiful in person. We had very minor issues but with all of them, Andrew responded and followed up to ensure all issues were addressed in a timely fashion. The space is very spacious and well designed. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I would recommend and would indeed book again!
