Thoughtfully styled with an airy coastal palette and warm organic touches, this serene three-bedroom home invites guests to slow down, enjoy dinner beneath the string lights, relax on the screened porch or gather around the fire pit after a day of exploring.

BEDROOM 2: Furnished with Full bed, dresser, closet, and bench seating.

FULL BATHROOM 2: Second bathroom from back hall access with walk in shower, floating vanity, and backlit mirror.

BEDROOM 3: Furnished with Twin bed with Twin trundle below. Office desk for private workspace.

BACK PATIO: Screened in sitting area that takes you out to a fully fenced, private outdoor dining space.

LAUNDRY: Connected to screened porch with washer and dryer for guest use

PARKING: Off-street parking for 2 cars

Guests have private access to the entire home, outdoor porch, as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking with 2 designated off-street parking spot, and complimentary coffee for the first morning.

Casa Palma is in short walking distance to many top local spots and a 5 minute drive to downtown.

A trip to the beach is less than a 10 minute drive.

Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.

Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot.

The Old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

We strive to make sure your time at the home is relaxing and enjoyable by providing private, uninterrupted experiences. We are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area. Our local team is also available to stop by if you need any assistance!

MINIMUM AGE to book is 21.
THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay.
UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right through Airbnb to charge an additional fee.
NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival.
QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time.
SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or décor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed on property at any time. No exceptions.
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $100/hr.
NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
DAMAGE: In addition to the security deposit, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. CHILDREN: While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property.
CHECKOUT PROCEDURES must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.

GUEST PROTECTION PROGRAM: To help protect both our guests and our homes, all reservations are required to complete a few simple steps prior to arrival:

1. Complete a quick guest verification.
2. Review and electronically sign our Rental Agreement.
3. Choose one of the following protection options:

*Damage Waiver: A small non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage during your stay. This helps avoid unexpected costs from minor accidents.
*Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit hold that's released after checkout, provided no damage or policy violations are found.
