Unit 2 is located on the first level of the home and has it's own private entrance from the back of the home. An electronic keypad is installed for easy self-check in at your convenience.

As you walk up to the apartment entrance, you are greeted by a relaxing fountain and beautiful landscaping. Adventurers will LOVE the mysterious pathway leading to the front door. As you walk inside, you'll be greeted with a bright and inviting living room equipped with cozy sofa and big screen smart tv. Binge on your favorite Netflix show as you wind down for bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with the utensils, cookware, plates, and glasses for quick meals in. Various appliances are stocked including microwave, Keurig, and toaster. High top seating is available for everyone to enjoy their meals.

The spacious bedroom boasts a romantic Queen poster bed to get a good nights sleep while feeling like royalty. A full closet is provided to store your belongings and keep suitcases out of sight. Attached is a full bathroom with walk in shower that is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash allowing you to pack light to save room for all of those Old City souvenirs.

The location of this home can't be beat! About a 5-10 minute walk to the Downtown Historic area and many top attractions such as Ripleys, Castillo de San Marcos, and more. A convenience store is just around the corner to stock up on drinks and snacks. *Because of it's old charm and property lines, the entrance to the apartment is slightly narrow. There is plenty of room to walk on the paved path and it well lit at night so guests be assured of simple access

*This apartment is 1 of 3 in a multi-family home. At times you may hear your neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm and all noise must be kept to a minimum at this time and all outside guests must vacate the property at this time (you will have full private access to the entire 1 bed/1 bath apt, no shared rooms)

*Window ac units are installed for heating and cooling the home. There is no central ac.

*Off-street parking is included in the back of the home, from an alleyway

Guests will have full access to the entire 1 bedroom apartment and 1 reserved off street parking spot

Enjoy walking around the beautiful historic area of the city with local cafes and restaurants in every direction. The house is just a few blocks from Castillo de San Marcos ("the Fort"), St. George Street, a 5 min walk to the bayfront and plenty of activities and attractions.

With the great central location, guests can walk to the many shops, top restaurants, art galleries and attractions making it easy to get around on foot, but a car is helpful for quick rides to the beach, Anastasia Island, or main grocery store.

Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.
The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.

MINIMUM AGE to book is 21. THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay. UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right through Airbnb to charge an additional fee (4 is the maximum allowed for overnight guests). NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am per St. Augustine ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or decor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in. NO PETS: No pets are allowed on property at any time. No exceptions. LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: If we are able to accommodate a late check out or early check in, $15 per hour will automatically be added to your reservation. We do not guarantee this availability. You MUST request these prior to your stay. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee. NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever inside or outside the home, including the outdoor patio. This is strictly enforced. NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. DAMAGE: In addition to the security deposit, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. CHILDREN: While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. CHECKOUT PROCEDURES must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.
