Amenities
56 includedThis beautiful 3 bedroom home was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we could possibly have needed, and the living space is comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the spacious front porch. There is a nice fire pit area in the back as well but we did not use that space. The walk to “town” is about 20 minutes and you will definitely want to walk it because parking up there is a pain. We got lots of steps in during our stay, and if you walk up Cordova or St George it is really a lovely walk. Some of the streets are pretty dark if you’re walking back at night but we always felt safe. Danny is great about getting back to you right away if you have questions and they really take care of everything so you can just enjoy your time in St Augustine!

we really enjoyed staying at this beautiful house full of history. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked the living room had a very comfortable couch. We loved the front porch and the fire pit in the backyard. We enjoyed using the barbecue grill one night.
The house was in a good location. It was very clean, had an excellent kitchen set up, with most anything you could need and was walkable to the historic downtown area. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a little incident the last night we stayed; in the back 1st floor bedroom at 3am the smoke detector started beeping and was still beeping when we left all morning. Our daughter and husband had to move to the sofa in the living room for the rest of the night. Bummer! We are asking for a refund on the use that bedroom for one night. Other than that all was very good.

We loved the house. It is charming and clean. It is well stocked with linens and towels. The kitchen was very well stocked. The distance was a little furthet than we thought to downtown but still a nice walk. It is a beautiful neighborhood. We appreciate the historical significance of the home. The hosts were responsive and friendly.
We had an excellent stay at this home. It was very clean, beautifully renovated, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The setting is absolutely lovely, surrounded by stunning old moss-covered oak trees, and the home’s place on the historical register adds so much charm and character. It was the perfect spot for a family get-together with my brother and his wife. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property.
