The space
Make your way up the stairs to your own private entrance where you can check yourself in using the easy, keyless lock.
Step inside and be greeted with a beautifully resorted flat that gives you all the creature comforts of a modern home while retaining the historic charm that this city is known for.
Relax in the bright, open living space on the inviting sofa and two stylish armchairs while you watch all the latest blockbusters on the TV with complimentary access to Netflix. The sofa can also be converted into a comfortable queen memory foam bed for an additional two guests.
Step through into the gourmet kitchen that comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, sleek quartz benchtops and everything you need to cook up all your favorite meals. There is a full size fridge/freezer, an oven and cooktop, a built in microwave, dishwasher and a Kuerig coffee station to get your day started right.
Eat, work or keep the chef company up at the breakfast bar with two stools or open up the French doors and step out into the warm, decked sunroom overlooking the neighborhood with a dining table set for four and a chic outdoor style lounge, perfect for pre-dinner drinks.
Unpack and make yourself at home with two gorgeous bedrooms that each offer luxe beds fitted with memory foam mattresses and soft, quality linen.
The master bedroom features a comfy queen bed, a flat screen TV and a modern ensuite bathroom while the second bedroom offers a spacious king bed, an additional TV and access to the central, sparkling bathroom in the hall with a relaxing bath and overhead shower.
Head out for the day and walk along the popular San Marco Ave just a 4 minutes from the flat where you can shop for antiques, dine out at the Rainforest Cafe, buy some fine wine and maybe even go on a ghost tour after dark.
The historic Downtown area is just a short 4 minute drive or a lovely 20 minute walk through the charming neighborhoods.
Take a ride on the Old Town Trolley (only a few minute walk to the nearest stop) to see everything the city has to offer before stopping in for drinks at The Tini Martini Bar overlooking the water – the perfect way to end each day in the Oldest City.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire flat and decked sunroom area as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary first morning stock of coffee and access to Netflix on each of the three TVs.
The neighborhood
St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep.
Sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just a few minutes from the flat.
The flat is located right in the heart of Uptown St Augustine just a few minutes’ walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, as well as local eateries from pizza to fine dining — such as the beautiful Raintree Restaurant (a 3 minute walk away) and the delicious Luli’s cupcakes (5 min walk).
Head south along San Marco Ave where you will find all sorts of innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops selling everything from furniture to flowers, books, ice cream, cupcakes, art and then wind up in the downtown Historic District (20 min walk) which is a whole other adventure.
Those who appreciate architecture from the 1800s to the 1920s will want to walk through a number of small neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. These include the Abbott Tract Historic District, Matanzas Bay, Pine, San Marco, Shenandoah Aves and the Nelmar Terrace Historic District.
Jump aboard the Trolley to see the city, or hire a bike and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum and monument.
Getting around
The city is very walkable and we also have Uber or Lyft. There is a trolley stop at the end of the street at the Mission de Nombres.

We are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area. Our local team is also available to stop by if you need any assistance!
House rules
MINIMUM AGE to book is 25.
THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay.
UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right through Airbnb to charge an additional fee.
NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival.
QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time.
SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or décor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in.
PETS: 1 dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay. Dog must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and potty trained. $150 non refundable pet fee will be applied. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of (Bagged and placed in outside trash bin) ($50 per pile).
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
DAMAGE: In addition to the security deposit, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. CHILDREN: While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property.
CHECKOUT PROCEDURES must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.
Other things to note
PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
-Dog must be on leash at ALL TIMES when outside the home. Additionally, dogs are not allowed on the pool deck.
-If dog is left unattended and causing any interruption to other guests, other accommodations for the pet will be requested. Additionally, fines may be imposed for disturbance (barking, noise, aggressiveness, etc)

36 includedWe had a wonderful stay here! Place was easy to get into and very clean. Kitchen had minimal supplies for cooking but had enough essentials to make do. Very walkable to many places and downtown. Would stay again!
A pleasant stay close to great restaurants, the St. Augustine Old Town, and the Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche!

We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully kept, and had such a warm, cozy feel, it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, just a short walk to St. George Street, Ripley’s believe it or not and Castillo de San Marcos which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. What really stood out was how comfortable we felt the entire time. Our daughter even said it felt like home and didn’t want to leave, which says everything. We’re so grateful for such a lovely experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
