Villa De Le Mar is right in the heart of Jacksonville Beach, making it easy to enjoy everything with the family. You’re just a 5-minute walk to the beach—perfect for sandcastles, morning walks, and time in the waves.

For nearby fun, check out South Beach Park and Sunshine Playground just minutes away, or Gonzales Park for shaded play areas and space to run around.

Restaurants and grocery stores are all within a quick 10-minute drive, and the neighborhood has that easygoing, family-friendly beach vibe—great for bike rides, walks, and relaxing after a day in the sun.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you need a little flexibility, just reach out and we’ll do our best based on availability. The home is non-smoking and not pet-friendly.

There’s plenty of parking, and we just ask that you keep noise at a respectful level, especially at night. The private pool is all yours to enjoy—just please use it responsibly. No parties or events allowed.

We’ve stocked the home with the essentials like linens, towels, and basic toiletries. If anything comes up during your stay, we’re always here to help.

Please note that this property is equipped with an exterior doorbell camera at the front entrance for security purposes. The camera is active and records the front entry area only.

General Guidelines

●Pets: A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

POOL

●Use at Your Own Risk: By using the pool, guests acknowledge and agree that they are using these amenities at their own risk.
●Supervision: For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times while using the pool.
●Health & Safety: Guests should not use the hot tub or pool if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please shower before entering the hot tub or pool to maintain cleanliness.
●Cleanliness: Please ensure that no oils, lotions, or soaps are brought into the hot tub or pool. This helps maintain the quality of the water for all guests.
●Proper Use: For your safety, please follow all posted guidelines and do not engage in risky behavior in the pool (e.g., diving, rough play).
●Damage: Any damage to the pool caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.

Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program. We believe vacation should be about making memories—not worrying about "what ifs." And let's be honest... nobody likes unexpected damage claims.

To help protect both our guests and our homes, all reservations are required to complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program before check-in.

As part of the simple pre-arrival process, you'll:

Complete a quick guest verification.
Review and electronically sign the Joseph Ellen Rental Agreement.
Choose one of the following protection options:
Damage Waiver: A small non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage during your stay. This is the most popular option and helps avoid unexpected costs from minor accidents.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit hold that's released after checkout, provided no damage or policy violations are found.

We'll send you a secure guest portal link before your arrival to complete these quick steps. It only takes a few minutes and helps create a smoother, worry-free experience for everyone.
