The space
Make your way up the charming front steps and step inside this warm and welcoming cottage where you’ll be surrounded by gorgeous heritage features and classic workmanship that sets this home apart.
Make your way into the bright, open living space and relax on the plush sofas where you can stream complimentary Netflix on the big screen smart TV.
The galley style kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need right at your fingertips. There is a fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and cooktop, a built in microwave, a coffee machine and a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up.
Eat together within the elegant dining area or if you don’t feel like cooking, simply step out the front door and be surrounded by delicious restaurants, charming cafes and sweet smelling bakeries.
Off the kitchen is the sun-filled sitting room surrounded by gorgeous windows and filled with a sofa, a second TV and a little laundry nook. From here you can step out onto the rear patio and soak up the sun while overlooking the yard.
There are three spacious bedrooms within the cottage that feature comfortable beds topped in quality linen, Smart TVs and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.
The master features a beautiful canopy queen bed and its own private sitting area with relaxing rocking chairs and a workspace with free WiFi to keep you connected.
Bedroom two also features a queen bed while bedroom three is upstairs and offers two twin beds making it perfect for families or for teens wanting their own space.
The downstairs bathroom features a relaxing jetted tub with an overhead shower and pedestal vanity while the upstairs bathroom offers a bath, shower and plenty of soft fluffy towels for each guest.
Brew up a pot of fresh coffee each morning and sit out on the front patio as you watch the world go by, then leave your car parked and wander the charming streets of downtown meandering through the historic leafy streets, stopping in for delicious bites, and enjoying the great nightlife after dark.

We have plenty of off street parking with places for 4+ cars. And you are a half block from all the action.
The neighborhood
You will never find somewhere as close to the action in St. Augustine, as well as secluded and quiet, because we are on a closed driveway with just a few other homes. We hope you enjoy but ask you to be respectful of our wonderful neighbors.
Interaction with guests
We strive to make sure your time at the home is relaxing and enjoyable by providing private, uninterrupted experiences. We are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area. Our local team is also available to stop by if you need any assistance!
House rules
MINIMUM AGE to book is 25.
THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay.
UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right through Airbnb to charge an additional fee.
NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival.
QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time.
SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or décor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in.
PETS: 1 dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay. Dog must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and potty trained. $150 non refundable pet fee will be applied. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of (Bagged and placed in outside trash bin) ($50 per pile).
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
DAMAGE: In addition to the security deposit, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. CHILDREN: While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property.
CHECKOUT PROCEDURES must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.
Other things to note
PET POLICY:
We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
SECURITY CAMERA:
There is an active ring video doorbell installed at the front door monitoring the front porch and entrance.
Amenities
51 includedCan’t beat the location and the home amenities were excellent. Despite being only a block or so from the main downtown area, it’s surprisingly quiet. The main road to get to the house is currently under construction but it wasn’t a bother for any of us. There was plenty of parking for us as well - we had a large truck and sedan. Only took them out to get groceries or go south to the beaches, so you save a premium in St. Augustine by being able to walk everywhere. Only very minor complaint are the lack of ceiling fans in the main areas; however a box fan is provided and there are ceiling fans in the downstairs bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great location near the main streets with the restaurants, museums and the fort...all within walking distance. Note that parking is expensive in St Augustine $16 to $30 so having 3 parking spots w the house was great. Even though it was close to all these the house itself was tucked away in a kind of cul de sac so very quiet. The open but covered front porch was very comfortable for 4 people to sit and have coffee in the morning or sit after a day of walking. We did not use the fire put but definitely would have if we had the time. Just note the 2nd bathroom is upstairs accesible thru a winding staircase for those with mobility issues. Loved the way it was furnished and how it had different areas for people to spread out.
Our family had a great time at this perfectly located house right next to Flagler College!
