Live the island lifestyle in this cute home located on Anastasia Island, between the historic St. Augustine and the main beach area. The Boho Suite is minutes from top attractions including Anastasia State Park, the St. Augustine Amphitheater, Alligator Farm, and the beautiful St. Augustine Beach. Enjoy a short stroll to the local favorite Saturday Farmers Market at the Amphitheater, or take the few minute drive to the white sandy beaches. Downtown is only 2 miles away, making this the perfect central spot for your adventures!

The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with a free parking in the driveway included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day. The city is also very bike friendly! When downtown, the Old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.

MINIMUM AGE to book is 21.
THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay.
UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.
NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival.
QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time.
DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or decor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in.
PETS: 1 dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay. Dog must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and potty trained. $150 non refundable pet fee will be applied. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of (Bagged and placed in outside trash bin) ($50 per pile).
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: If we are able to accommodate a late check out or early check in, $100 per hour will automatically be added to your reservation. We do not guarantee this availability. You MUST request these prior to your stay. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee.
NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever inside or outside the property, including the outdoor patio. This is strictly enforced. NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
DAMAGE: In addition to the security deposit, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay.
CHILDREN: While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property.
CHECKOUT PROCEDURES must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.

BRINGING YOUR DOG?
We’re happy to welcome one dog weighing 50 pounds or less at this home! After booking, you can register your dog and pay the non-refundable pet fee right in your Guest Portal. Please complete both steps before check-in so everything is ready for your pup’s arrival.
Dogs must be at least one year old, up to date on vaccinations, and fully house-trained. Please supervise your dog and clean up after them during your stay. You’ll find the full pet guidelines in your Guest Portal.

We want everything you need for a wonderful stay to be easy to find! After booking, we’ll send you a link to your Guest Portal—your one-stop spot for details about the home, helpful tips for your stay, and check-in and check-out instructions.
To help protect both our guests and our homes, we ask everyone to complete a few simple steps in the portal before arrival: verify their information, review and electronically sign the Rental Agreement, and choose one of two protection options:
• Damage Waiver: A small, non-refundable fee that covers eligible accidental damage during your stay.
• Security Deposit: A refundable deposit hold that’s released after checkout, provided there is no damage or violation of the house rules.
