Sea la Vie is located just 2 blocks away from the white sandy Vilano Beach, and only minutes to downtown St. Augustine. Publix and popular dining are less than a mile away!

Guests have private access to the entire home and backyard with private pool as well as free Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee for the first morning and access to a laundry with washer and dryer. Guests will not be provided access to the garage. Ample parking is available in the driveway.

The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental, however, the beach is in a short walking distance! Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.

We strive to make sure your time at the home is relaxing and enjoyable by providing private, uninterrupted experiences. We are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area. Our local team is also available to stop by if you need any assistance!

MINIMUM AGE to book is 25.
THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay.
UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.
PARTIES: Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. If an unapproved party/event does occur, hosts reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund.
QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. Guests risk heavy fees from the city for any noise violation during this time. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time.
SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home and above the garage, facing the driveway. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to cameras may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or décor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed on property at any time. No exceptions.
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $100/hr.
NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
DAMAGE: In addition to the security deposit, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay.
CHILDREN: While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property.
CHECKOUT PROCEDURES must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.

*Please note due to pool paint color, a green tint is noticeable at all times.
**Garage access is not available for guest use and will be locked off during your stay

WANT TO ADD POOL HEAT?
Looking forward to a warm swim? Pool heat is available at this home for $65 per night. After booking, you’ll find the details in your Guest Portal, where you can review and agree to the pool heat terms and conditions and pay the fee.
If you’d like to add pool heat to your stay, please review the information and make your request before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Requests made after arrival will include an additional $35 activation fee.

We want everything you need for a wonderful stay to be easy to find! After booking, we’ll send you a link to your Guest Portal—your one-stop spot for details about the home, helpful tips for your stay, and check-in and check-out instructions.
To help protect both our guests and our homes, we ask everyone to complete a few simple steps in the portal before arrival: verify their information, review and electronically sign the Rental Agreement, and choose one of two protection options:
• Damage Waiver: A small, non-refundable fee that covers eligible accidental damage during your stay.
• Security Deposit: A refundable deposit hold that’s released after checkout, provided there is no damage or violation of the house rules.
