A floor plan is provided in the photos of this listing. We encourage all guests to look this over prior to booking to get a feel for the home. We like to remind guests this home as built over 160 years ago! The character and charm makes it a bit different than the standard homes of today.

The home offers high speed wifi internet which allows for streaming services and multiple device connections during your stay.

In the living room, we offer a large flatscreen smart TV for your entertainment. All major streaming services are available to our guests so that they may log into their personal accounts during their stay. Please remember to log out prior to your check out

Nestled in a quiet historic neighborhood, Oak Canopy Escape is surrounded by charming homes dating back more than 150 years. The beautiful oak canopy-lined streets make the area perfect for leisurely walks while taking in the character and history of St. Augustine. You’ll also be conveniently close to local shops, restaurants, and popular attractions.

We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors and the peaceful nature of the community during their stay.

Getting around town is very easy with many options available to our guests! With many downtown attractions being under two miles away from the Beehive bungalow, guests can walk, bike or drive to all destinations. A short two minute walk to the Old Jail will give you access to one of the main stations of the Old Town Trolley stations. This is a guest favorite as it provides transportation as well as a fun history lesson along the way! You are also a quick 5 minute drive to the amazing Vilano Beach which also allows vehicles to park directly on the sand!

- Only Three Vehicles Permitted to Park at Home In Private Driveway

- Please no smoking/ vaping on the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be applied to for any smoking on the property.

• No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.
• Pick up all trash before departing. Place all garbage in an outside trash can.
• Report any damages and/or breakages within 24 hours of occurrence. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

- Designated owner areas are closed to guests. Areas will be clearly marked. Please help us ensure our ability to continue serving future guests is not interrupted.

- Please wash all dishes. If the dishwasher was used, please run prior to departure.

- Neighborhood Quiet Hours are 10:00pm through 8:00am.

- No candles or other open flame items in the house.

- All minors must remain under adult supervision within the pool area, fire pit and grilling area.

- Please remove all trash from home and place in outside garbage bins prior to checking out.

- Please do not rearrange the furniture.

-If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event that neighbors are disturbed, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY and a $500 fee will be assessed.

-NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OR GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

PET RULES
Fur Babies welcomed! We do have a few house rules for our four-legged friends as well.

1. All pets must be house broken and well-mannered. 50lb weight limit per pet.

2. Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas. An additional fee of $30 will be added to your charges if it is found pets have been on the listed furniture.

3. Pets are not to be bathed in the bathroom tubs or sinks.

4. The backyard is fenced in. All pets must remain on leash when outside of the front of the home.

5. All pet waste must be cleaned up outside and disposed of in the outside garbage bin prior to check-out. Please note, failure to clean up after your pet will result in an additional fee of $50 will be added to your charges.

6. Failure to report a pet prior to arrival will result in an additional $100 fee being added on top of the original pet fee.

While we want all guests to feel right at home, we ask for your cooperation in a few areas.

1. Please do not lower the air conditioning below 68 degrees or raise the heat higher than 72 degrees. This will ensure our air conditioning system will maintain peak performance for all guests.

HEATED POOL DISCLAIMER
1. We may live in Sunny Florida but the pool still gets chilly sometimes! Pool heating is available upon request for an additional $40 per day. Please give us at least 48 hours notice so we can fire up the heater - it takes about 24 hours to reach that perfect temp.

2. Florida weather is amazing and unpredictable! Due to this, hosts cannot guarantee pool temperature. We will make every effort to maintain a temperate range of 78 degrees to 88 degrees. Guests must advise hosts 48 hours prior to arrival that they would like the pool to be heated! Please keep in mind, heating takes time so guest requests are very important!
