Step through into the modern kitchen that comes fully equipped with quality stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and utensils you could need. There is a fridge/freezer, an oven and glass cooktop, a microwave, coffee maker and a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up.

Serve your meals into the dining space using the handy serve through window and enjoy dining together at the provincial style table set for six or treat yourself to a night out with restaurants just a short walk away.

There are three generous bedrooms within the home with each room offering comfortable beds topped in soft, quality linen to ensure a restful night’s sleep along with plenty of closet space to unpack and make yourself at home.

The gorgeous master bedroom features access to the covered patio and is filled with a luxuriously large king bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and vanity.

The second sun-filled bedroom features a large queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for families with two twin beds – the two bedrooms share the central bathroom with a relaxing full size bath, an overhead shower and a vanity stocked with all the essentials.

Slide open the patio doors to create a breezy inside/outside space. Here you can take in the views of the beautiful lake brimming with wildlife from the comfort of the outdoor lounge while you wait for the amazing sunset each night.

On a sunny day, make your way to one of the two resort style pools and go for a swim to cool off, or just relax poolside in the chic cabanas. Take the private path to the boardwalk and enjoy a day out at the beach with towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, games and toys all provided for you.

SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an active security camera installed at the front door (Ring Video Doorbell). No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home.

Guests have private access to the entire townhouse as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking with a parking space right out front, complimentary coffee for the first morning, and access to streaming apps on the Smart TV with complimentary Disney Plus to keep you entertained.

Also included with your stay is use of the two large pools, cabana area and a private beach walkway that leads to the white sandy beaches of St Augustine.

Island Oasis is located right by the beautiful St. Augustine beach where you can step out your door, walk along the private path to the boardwalk and onto the white sandy beach.

Take an easy 15 minute stroll to Anastasia Plaza and stock up on everything you need with a huge Publix supermarket, restaurants and even a Starbucks to refuel.

The townhouse is nestled on beautiful Anastasia Island that shares the rich and varied history that St. Augustine and its historic district holds. There are many attractions, shops, and restaurants all with a laid back, breezy vibe giving you the ideal place to escape the crowds of the St. Augustine downtown area just 10-15 minutes away.

A trademark of Anastasia Island is the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Marine Museum. The lighthouse serves as an educational museum where you can view the many exhibits in the keeper’s house and 3 other historic structures, walk the picturesque grounds, and walk up the 219 steps to the top of the lighthouse for spectacular views – a must see when visiting the island.

Visit the picturesque Anastasia State Park that features 4 miles of white quartz sand beaches to relax on with plenty of things to do including bird watching, biking, swimming, fishing, and surfing. You can also rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard and see the park from the water.

The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with parking for two cars included with your stay.

Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.

Once in the city, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot.

The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.

MINIMUM AGE to book is 25. THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay. UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right through Airbnb to charge an additional fee (3 is the maximum allowed for overnight guests). NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am per St. Augustine ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or decor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in. NO PETS: No pets are allowed on property at any time. No exceptions. LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: If we are able to accommodate a late check out or early check in, $15 per hour will automatically be added to your reservation. We do not guarantee this availability. You MUST request these prior to your stay. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee. NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever inside or outside the home, including the outdoor patio. This is strictly enforced. NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. DAMAGE: In addition to the security deposit, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. CHILDREN: While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. CAMERAS AND NOISE: The home has a Blink doorbell installed at the front and back door. Any attempt to turn off the Blink doorbell or connected internet, will result in immediate removal of home. HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. CHECKOUT PROCEDURES must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.
