Guests have private access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee for their first morning and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

We strive to make sure your time at the home is relaxing and enjoyable by providing private, uninterrupted experiences. We are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area. Our local team is also available to stop by if you need any assistance!

MINIMUM AGE to book is 21.
THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay.
UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right through Airbnb to charge an additional fee.
NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time.
SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or décor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed on property at any time. No exceptions. LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
DAMAGE: In addition to the security deposit, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. CHILDREN: While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. CHECKOUT PROCEDURES must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners

WANT TO ADD POOL HEAT?
Looking forward to a warm swim? Pool heat is available at this home for $30 per night. After booking, you’ll find the details in your Guest Portal, where you can review and agree to the pool heat terms and conditions and pay the fee.
If you’d like to add pool heat to your stay, please review the information and make your request before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Requests made after arrival will include an additional $35 activation fee.

To help protect both our guests and our homes, we ask everyone to complete a few simple steps in the portal before arrival: verify their information, review and electronically sign the Rental Agreement, and choose one of two protection options:
• Damage Waiver: A small, non-refundable fee that covers eligible accidental damage during your stay.
• Security Deposit: A refundable deposit hold that’s released after checkout, provided there is no damage or violation of the house rules.
