Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the fully equipped serve through kitchen with high-end, stainless steel appliances including a full size fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, a built in microwave, oven, stovetop, coffee maker and a dishwasher to take care of the cleaning up giving you more beach time.

There is a central beachy themed bathroom with a full size bath and overhead shower and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer so you can pack light and wash on the go.

The beautiful white, sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are just steps away from the condo where you can relax or play on the sand at St. Augustine Public Beach, shop at the weekly farmers market, fish off the pier then come back to the condo and enjoy a BBQ cookout at the grilling stations while you sit by the heated pool overlooking the lake.

The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and includes complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.

THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay.
UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right through Airbnb to charge an additional fee.
NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival.
QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time.
SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or décor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed on property at any time. No exceptions.
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
DAMAGE: In addition to the security deposit, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. CHILDREN: While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property.
CHECKOUT PROCEDURES must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.
