Guests have private access to the entire second floor apartment, 1 off street parking space, as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, and complimentary coffee for their first morning.

House rules
MINIMUM AGE to book is 21.
THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay.
UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.
NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival.
QUIET HOURS: 9pm-8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time.
SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or décor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed on property at any time. No exceptions.
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
DAMAGE: In addition to the security deposit, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. CHILDREN: While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property.
CHECKOUT PROCEDURES must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.

This unit is in the absolute perfect location in the historic area. 5 minute walk to St George Street and 2 trolley stops. Easy walking to all the key areas. Convenient onsite parking.The unit itself is charming with a nicely equipped kitchen and sunlit eating area. The bedroom with the 2 beds is HUGE with plenty of extra space. The bedroom with the queen bed is much smaller with just a small closet. Bathroom is small, but updated. Beds are comfortable and the AC was definitely appreciated!Danny was super responsive and got back to me within an hour.My only word of caution is that this is the top unit and the sound travels a lot between floors. We were lucky to have good people below us.

Great spring break getaway! Enough space for our kids to roam. Super clean. Walking distance to everything. Host was very responsive.
This place was as advertised. So close to George Street, yet still very quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and even easier checkout! Would definitely recommend staying here!
We enjoyed exploring St. Augustine for the first time and staying in this conveniently-located rental. It is in walking distance to area attractions and yet far enough away from the main thoroughfare so the neighborhood was fairly quiet most of the time, even on St. Patrick’s Day! You do hear renters in the downstairs unit, although everyone followed the 10 pm curfew. The kitchen was great, the beds were comfortable, the dining seating less so. The property management team was quick to address a concern. Check in and out were seamless. Thanks for a great stay!
