The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.

MINIMUM AGE to book is 21. THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay. UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount. NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am per St. Augustine ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or decor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in. NO PETS: No pets are allowed on property at any time. No exceptions. LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Early check in and late check outs cannot be guaranteed and will only be approved the day of check in/out. Please know that our cleaners have very busy schedules and it may not be possible to accommodate. Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged an additional fee. NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever inside or outside the home, including the outdoor patio. This is strictly enforced. A $300 fine will be imposed if any evidence of smoking (scent, butts, etc) is found after check out. NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. DAMAGE: In addition to the security deposit, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. CHECKOUT PROCEDURES must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.
